After the 2026 renovation, the mezzanine has become a genuine extension of the chalet's living space, with a dedicated TV area where guests can relax away from the main living room.

The chalet has two bathrooms. Bathroom 1 is located on the ground floor and features a shower and toilet. Bathroom 2 is located on the lower floor and has a walk-in shower and toilet.

There is a utility room equipped with both a washing machine and tumble dryer – particularly convenient after snowy days on the slopes or during longer stays.

It also offers a ski room accessible from outside, while guests also benefit from a private ski locker at the télécabine, meaning skis and boots can be stored conveniently at the lift rather than carried back and forth to the chalet each day.

Outside, the chalet has a garden with outdoor furniture, providing a lovely place to enjoy the mountain surroundings during the warmer months.

By car, you can reach the centre of La Tzoumaz and the télécabine in less than 5 minutes. Here you will find the supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars and the main ski lift connecting La Tzoumaz with the extensive 4 Vallées ski area.

For guests travelling without a car, the free ski bus stop is less than 200 metres from the chalet. During peak weeks, buses run approximately every 10 minutes, making it easy to reach the village and ski lift.
